So hop so that your body is facing to the right, but your still looking forward. Then jump back to plank and repeat going right. Make sure you have good form on your plank during the burpee. We then walk back out to plank and repeat. The burnout at the end of the video, will make sure that you have nothing left in the tank after 25 minutes. Repeat by jumping back the other way. There are so many squats and so many planks, that your entire body will be sore after this one. Walk your feet in slowly, taking 4 steps to reach Pike position. From the squat jump back up with your feet back together, and repeat. Jump back up and continue sprinting. Now we are repeating some of the moves, but move as fast as you can to get the heartrate up Tap Push-Up. Make sure to use your core to stabilize you, so that you are not rocking back and forth. Start in plank position. Make sure to keep your chest up to protect your back. Then hop, hop, turn to your left. Then we jump and turn left into a lunge on the left side. We are doing the same move as the Hop Hop Turn, but we add a hook to the end of each rotation. Step it back to plank and repeat on the other side. Then we jump back facing forward into a squat. Walk your feet in slowly, taking 4 steps to reach Pike position. Jump back up and continue sprinting. Then hop all the way around degrees and jab with the other arm. Then hop, hop, turn to your left. No just squat in and out, bringing your hands to prayer at the bottom.

Keep your weight in your heels. Now we just do front lunges, alternating left and right, to work the legs again. Then step your right hand and foot to the left so you are back in plank. For this move each time you jab turn a little in, so that you are jabbing directly in front of the center of your body. Alternate, the knee with each push-up. Then hop, hop, turn to your left.
